Both Alexis and I wanted to thank you so much for working with us to sell our house in High Park, and we wanted to thank you for so many different reasons that we wanted to share with you.

As you know, our house is quite unique with it backing onto High Park and the rather unique ravine lot that we’d built on that, in many ways, dictated the parameters that drove the design of this very custom, modern home including the floor plans and how we could exploit, in a very positive way, the incredible view of the park and Grenadier Pond that we were so fortunate to have.

There were no real or true “comparables” to our home and so the agent we would need would have to be someone who understood the situation, the design and the market to truly maximize the value that we’d invested in and believe the property represented.
